As personal weight loss coachs we suggest that we get on track 70 – 80 % of the time with you sleep, exercise and nutrition,  It is ok to get off track from for time to time.  Consistency if far more valuable than being a spartan.   This is about doing something that you can do forever -  lifestyle improvement  -  a plane or ship is often off track.
